Based on experience of the past years and upcoming requests for optimization we have revised the design of our business cards. New is the half division of the front. It is no longer only corporate colour green with logo, but now also offers an area for the department/faculty etc. you belong to. Thus we have created space for a more generous text field with longer contents on the back.

You also have the option of including your private address or a postal address. It is also still possible to use a second logo, if permitted and stored in the Business Card Generator.

You can generate business cards in English language as usual.

By specifying the organizational units in the dropdown menu, the front side of your business card is generated automatically. You can also specify the department/area of your organizational unit or the chair of the faculty on the front of your card.

Please make sure that all entries are spelled correctly. For example, only a uniform spelling is allowed for telephone numbers. You will find corresponding explanations in the mask for generating the business card.

The large text field in the lower left corner for address, telephone numbers etc. must not exceed 8 lines including a possible private address or postal address. Apart from the mandatory data, you can control yourself which data you publish. Ideally, you should not use the maximum number of lines. Then the business card remains a bit clearer.
